Yes. Once a referral is approved, the partner earns 30% of eligible subscription revenue for as long as that referred shop keeps paying for Clovia. There is no fixed 12-month expiry.
You can refer a store before it starts paying. Free plans, free trials, complimentary access and test subscriptions earn no commission. Eligible earnings begin when the shop makes a real subscription payment.
The portal shows your referrals, store plans and commission records. It does not expose shopper data or replace merchant-authorized access to each store’s Clovia dashboard.
Clovia confirms collected payments and records your 30% commission. Eligible balances are reviewed monthly after a 30-day hold and Shopify settlement. Transfers are arranged directly with you; the portal records payments, but does not move money.

Submit only stores you genuinely referred and are authorized to represent. Clovia reviews attribution with the merchant. One shop can have one approved partner; submitting a domain does not automatically establish attribution. Existing merchants require explicit approval.
For approved referrals, commission is 30% of eligible Clovia subscription revenue actually paid, excluding taxes and reduced by discounts, refunds and chargebacks. Free, complimentary and test access does not qualify. The standard monthly examples are Growth $8.70, Pro $29.70 and Scale $89.70; actual earnings follow real payments, not displayed plan estimates.
Payments must be received through Shopify and pass a 30-day hold. Clovia reviews eligible balances monthly and arranges payouts with the partner using agreed payment and tax details. Refunds offset future balances. The portal distinguishes estimates, confirmed commissions and recorded payouts.
Be accurate about Clovia’s capabilities and clearly disclose your referral commission when recommending it. No unsolicited spam, misleading claims or unauthorized brand use. Clovia may suspend access for abuse while reviewing disputed activity. Contact us to correct attribution, request account deletion or resolve a payment question.
The portal stores partner account details, referred shop domains, installation and plan status, and commission records—not shopper journeys. Financial records may be retained where legally required. See our privacy policy or contact privacy@clovia.app.
